The Teaching Pathways & Field Experience Office (TPFE) supports the entire journey into teaching — from recruitment and admissions, to advising and student teaching, and on into district partnerships. Our mission is to prepare and sustain equity-minded educators by guiding candidates, supporting mentors and supervisors, and working closely with schools to strengthen pathways into the profession.
